Thai Taste would like to introduce you to the 'queen of all rice' - this jasmine rice is pure, an important point as it can only carry this highly prized tag if it is the real thing and not blended with cheaper varieties.
Rice from Thailand is usually stickier than most other varieties, this is part of its charm and it soaks up your sauce beautifully, however washing the rice prior to cooking will reduce this if you prefer.
