Extracted from the pod of the tamarind tree, this paste is used in Thai and Asian dishes to add a superb sharp and sour flavour. Use instead of lime juice for that authentic 'Thai Taste'. To create tamarind water, simply mix 2 tsp of paste with 100ml of water.
Ingredients: Tamarind (60%), water, salt, sugar, citric acid.
No artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives
