Made from a blend of red chilli, lemongrass and kaffir lime, this popular Thai curry is rich and creamy with a delicious aromatic flavour. With potato chunks, onions and bamboo shoots, this sauce is ready to heat and serve. Delicious with beef, duck, pork or vegetables.
Ingredients: Water, coconut milk, potato, onion, bamboo shoots, red curry paste (onion, chilli, lemongrass, garlic, salt, coriander), shallot, palm sugar, salt, kaffir lime leaves, kaffir lime peel, soy sauce (soy bean, salt, wheat), cumin, paprika powder, colour: paprika, cardamom, stabiliser: xanthan gum.
