This sauce is a wonderful blend of green and red chillies with a hint of lime.
Suggested Uses:
This versatile sauce is great for glazing prawns, salmon or chicken when grilling, barbecuing or baking. Can also be added to marinades, salad dressings or stir fries to create that unique ‘Thai Taste’ or simply used as a dipping sauce with fishcakes, scampi, dim sum or crudités.
Ingredients: Water, green chilli (17%), sugar, distilled vinegar, garlic, salt, red chilli (2%), lime juice (2%), stabiliser: xanthan gum, citric acid.
