• Bananas in Coconut Milk
Serves 4

You will need:

2-3 bananas
400ml Thai Taste Coconut Milk
50g Thai Taste Palm Sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp white sesame seeds, roasted


Use unripened bananas for best results.
You may substitute bananas with mangoes or pineapple.


1. Boil bananas with the skin on for about 20 minutes, then peel and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Mix coconut milk, sugar and salt together in a small saucepan. Stir over a low heat until the sugar dissolves. Add the banana pieces and continue to boil until the mixture seeps into the bananas.
3. Serve in bowls with sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
