Stir Fry

Serves 2

You will need:

• 4 tbsp Thai Taste Soy & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce
• 100g Thai Taste Rice Noodles
• 2 tbsp Thai Taste Rice Bran Oil or sunflower oil
• 180g beef, cut into strips
• 6-8 broccoli florets
• 1 egg, beaten

Tip:

You may substitute beef with chicken, pork, prawns or chopped vegetables.

Instructions

1. Soak rice noodles in boiling water with a dash of oil for 8-10 minutes until soft, then drain, rinse in cold water and toss to separate.  
2. Heat the oil in a wok or deep frying pan, add the beef and stir fry for 2 minutes. 
3. Add the broccoli and continue to stir fry for a further minute.  
4. Push the beef and broccoli mixture to the side of the pan, pour in the beaten egg and heat for a few seconds until slightly scrambled. 
5. Lower the heat and add the rice noodles and sauce. Mix through until the noodles are hot.

Add chopped coriander to finish off the dish.
