• Easy Thai Green Curry
Serves 2/3

You will need:

1 Thai Taste Easy Thai Green Curry Kit
300g diced chicken breast
1 tbsp of vegetable oil

Tip:

For an even better flavour, use chicken thighs or legs.
Why not substitute chicken with chopped vegetables or prawns for an equally delicious Thai Green Curry.

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a deep frying pan and add 1 tbsp of coconut milk.
  2. Add sachet of Thai Taste green curry paste and mix until the aromas are released (3 mins).
  3. Add the diced chicken, stirring to coat the chicken with the paste (about 3 mins).
  4. Stir in the rest of the coconut milk and simmer until the chicken is cooked (about 5 mins). The sauce should not be too thick.
  5. Add the sachet of herbs and continue to simmer for a further 3 mins.
