• Spicy Thai Barbecue Chicken
Serves 4

You will need:

• 8 chicken thighs
• 200ml Thai Taste Spicy Thai Barbecue Sauce

Tip:

Marinate the meat overnight for better flavour. You may substitute chicken with pork chops or beef steaks.

Instructions

1. Rub the chicken with half of the sauce and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour. 
2. Preheat the barbecue or grill to medium heat.
3. Cook the chicken for about 5 mins each side until the skin is crispy and the meat is cooked all the way through. 
4. Pour the remaining barbecue sauce into dipping bowls and serve with Thai Taste Jasmine Rice. Add chopped coriander to garnish.
