Serves 2
You will need:
• 300g large raw prawns, peeled• 114g Thai Taste Chilli & Holy Basil Stir Fry Sauce
• 1 tbsp Thai Taste Rice Bran Oil or sunflower oil
1. Heat the oil in a wok or deep frying pan.
2. Add the prawns and stir fry until pink.
3. Add Thai Taste Chilli & Holy Basil Stir Fry Sauce and simmer for 5-10 mins until heated through.
Add chopped coriander to finish off the dish. Serve with rice or noodles.
