Stir Fry

• Sweet & Sour Stir Fry
Serves 2

You will need:

• 250g chicken, cut into strips
• 114g Thai Taste Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce
• 1 tbsp Thai Taste Rice Bran Oil or sunflower oil

Tip:

You may substitute chicken with pork, prawns, beef or chopped vegetables.

Instructions

1. Heat the oil in a wok or deep frying pan.
2. Add the chicken and stir fry until cooked.
3. Add Thai Taste Sweet & Sour Stir Fry Sauce and simmer for 5-10 mins until heated through.

Add sliced red chillies and chopped coriander to finish off the dish. Serve with rice or noodles.
