Ginger Beer
Nothing beats a refreshing homemade ginger beer during the hot Summer months! Our recipe uses our Thai Coconut Palm Sugar, which has a wonderful earthy caramel flavour as well as bringing sweetness to the traditional fermentation process. This recipe uses fermentation which makes the drink sparkling - make sure to release the pressure in your ginger beer container every day, by opening the container, or else it will build up so much gas it may explode! If you have a Fermentation airlock attachment you can use that to release the pressure.
