Ingredients

  • 1 Thai Taste Thai Yellow Curry Kit

  • 400-600g Sunday roast leftovers - 300g of protein and 100g-300g of vegetables

  • 1tbsp Oil

  • Fresh makrut lime leaves for garnish - optional

Preparation

Step 1


With your pan on high heat add the oil, followed by the paste. Fry the paste to release the aromas, you can add a dash of the coconut milk here to stop the curry paste from sticking.



Step 2


Add the Thai Yellow spices provided in the kit now to have a more in-depth flavour.



Step 3


Add in your Sunday roast leftovers and coat in the paste.



Step 4


Stir in the rest of the coconut milk and simmer until everything has been heated thoroughly.



Step 5


Serve with Thai taste sticky rice and you can garnish with fresh makrut lime leaves.
