Barbecue Sweet Chilli Ribs
This sweet and sticky BBQ recipe allows 2hrs for marinating the meat, but could also be prepped in just 15-20mins.
Ingredients
1 tbsp Honey
5 tbsp Thai Taste Sweet Chilli Sauce - Signature
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
Rack of Ribs - around 450g
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the honey, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce.
Step 2
Pour a quarter of the marinade into a small bowl to use for basting.
Step 3
Place the meat into the main bowl of marinade and mix the in the ribs. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 4
Preheat a barbecue/grill on medium high heat.
Step 5
Lightly oil the barbecue cooking grate.
Step 6
Place the meats on the grate/grill and cook for 10 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Step 7
Baste frequently with the reserved sauce during the last 5 minutes.
Step 8
Serve the ribs with a salad.
Chef's Tip
To add more heat, mix in thinly sliced fresh red or green chillies.
